Orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In case of stock shortages or issues during order preparation, the customer will be notified via the email address provided.

Available shipping methods:

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failed delivery, reshipment will be subject to payment of new shipping costs.

Once the order is in transit, it is not possible to modify the delivery address.
